This week, I decided to try a new side dish from The Pioneer Woman's cook book. I made the Creamy Rosemary Potatoes. They were VERY good, but boy did it make a lot. I am going to have to figure out a way to cut the recipe in half (or even by 3/4's!) or save these for holidays!
